General Information about our rooms:
- Each includes a private bath – all are new and have hair dryers.
- All have walk in showers.
- All beds have down pillows and comforters.
- All rooms are air-conditioned in the summer.
- Wide board floors original to the house in all bedrooms – a few boards are 24″ wide!
- Free Wireless Computer access in every room, perfect for business travelers.
- All rooms include afternoon tea and a breakfast.
Sitting Room:
- Has a TV – comfortable chairs, games and books. Magazines are everywhere!
- Our wide porch is well used in the summer – for just sitting – or for breakfast, overlooking side gardens (we have a small putting green, with balls and clubs available for guest use). It is full of rockers and wicker.
Policies:
- Rates are for double occupancy, there is a $25 charge for a third person in the room.
- One night stays may be subject to an additional charge.
- Check-in time is 4-6 P.M. EST
- Check out time is 11 A.M. EST
- Reservations are held with a deposit. A full refund will be made if a cancellation is received seven days before the date of the reservation.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Smoking is not permitted within the house.
- Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate children under age 12.
- Pets are not permitted. Family pets are on premises.
- Please call for mid-week or seasonal specials and adventure weekends, 603-632-4519.
- Locked storage for bicycles is available.
- We reserve the right to charge a premium rate for a one night reservation during select weekends and during foliage season.
- We require a 2-night stay on weekends.
